Contest Rules

1. ENTRY:  No purchase necessary to enter or win. Contestants will enter by submitting an answer to the “Question Of The Day” via email to woodturnercontest@gmail.com. Participants are limited to one entry per day, unless stated otherwise, for the seven day contest period. All personal information, such as name and contact information, required to enter the contest is collected by King Arthur’s Tools solely for the purposes of administering the contest and shall not be used for any other purpose without your express consent. By providing this information, you consent to it being used for the stated purposes.

2. ELIGIBILITY: This contest is only open to individuals over the age of 18. Oversea entries are welcome.

3. WINNER SELECTION:  Winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received, on or about seven (7) business days after the last day to submit entries, by King Arthur’s Tools or its designee, whose decisions will be final. Winner will be notified by e-mail and/or by phone on or about seven (7) business days after the winner is selected. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the contest period.

4. PRIZES:  Winner will receive a check worth one hundred dollars (U.S. $100) from King Arthur’s Tools. No substitutions will be allowed.

5. WINNER NOTIFICATION: Winners will be notified within seven (7) days after the determination date.  Inability to contact a winner may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

6. USE OF CONTEST INFORMATION: All entries become the property of King Arthur’s Tools. King Arthur’s Tools reserves the right to use any and all information related to the contest, including submissions provided by the contestants, for editorial, marketing and any other purpose, unless prohibited by law. We do not sell any names or information to third party vendors.

7. NOT ENDORSED BY FACEBOOK: By participating in this contest, you acknowledge that this contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook and release Facebook from any and all liability arising from or related to this contest. The information you are providing for this contest is being provided to King Arthur’s Tools and not to Facebook, and will be used to notify you if you have won.

8. CONDUCT: All contest participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules.  King Arthur’s Tools can use its sole discretion, and reserves the right to disqualify any person it finds to be tampering with the entry process, the operation of its web site or is otherwise in violation of these rules.

9. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: King Arthur’s Tools is not responsible for late, lost or misdirected email or for any computer, online, telephone or technical malfunctions that may occur.
